1) Wear sandals in public locker rooms
2) Never share towels or bars of soap
3) Make sure you dry your feet and genital area immediately after showering and swimming
4) Change socks and underwear atleast once daily
5) Keep a healthy diet
Everyone, please chime in and add to this list |

I wish I could add to the list, but I'm a newbie when it comes to the topic. I'm at the 'oh my god I didn't know' stage. Didn't know it happens in different areas of the body, didn't know men get it. But if I find any tips in the future, I will add to the list.
Thanks for the one you've made so far.

I just wanted to add to the "healthy diet" you listed (since healthy diet is relative to some people!) In fact, my husband thinks healthy diet involves Cherry Garcia ice cream (hey--it has fruit in it!). Ha. Ha.
Anyway, to prevent "feeding the Candida," it is best to avoid caffeinated products, bread, moldy stuff like mushrooms and blue cheese, and sugar.
Also, anyone with Candida in private areas should be careful to use mild, unscented soaps. Tea tree oil and plain, sugar-free yogurt are also good treatments to apply to areas affected by Candida. |

If you wont to finish with candidia you can try medical diflucan, like I have heard candidia is gone after 24 hours. _________________ www.diseasesarchive.com |
